What are your mode of payment and payment terms?
You can deposit your payments at our Gcash number which we will provide in a link. We have payment first policy for services P1,500 and below. For services more than P1,500, 50% down payment and 50% before sending the FS.
2. How long do you prepare the financial statements?
Depending on the volume of clients catered and the fastest you answer our queries/provide the info we need, we can send your FS within an hour or to a maximum of 24 hours from the time you provide us the data on your feasibility study.
3. Are revisions free?
Depending on the materiality of the revisions.
If immaterial revisions, EasyFeasib is offering it for free if your group, including all your members, will support EasyFeasib by leaving a review on our fb page, subscribing on our Youtube account where we upload discussions about feasib and by liking/following our social media accounts. This will also serve as your kind support to our small business.
However, for material revisions (e.g. from partnership to corporation) and numerous revisions (e.g. 4-5 times revisions) we have an additional payment of P500-1,000.00.
4. Do you provide CPA Certification?
Yes, for EasyFeasib as your Accountant, it is already included in our EasyFeasib FS Bundle amounting to P1,500.
5. What type of file will you send us?
Your FS will be sent on a PDF format only not excel file. Request for excel file (without the formula) will cost additional P500. Note that this has no formula as we are protecting our property rights as to our template, it is not for sale and this is non-negotiable. If you need to revise your FS, you can send us the list of revisions and we will effect it on your FS and send it back to you. Don't worry because revisions are mostly free.
6. What information do you need on our feasibility study so you can prepare the FS?
We will send you a template to fill out the necessary data we need to prepare the FS. We provide explanation on how you will accomplish the template. However, If you still opt not to accomplish the template and instead opt to send us your entire feasibility study to extract the data on our own, we charge additional P1,000.
7. Can you be required to follow client required format?
No. We do not accept clients who insist to use a specific template as we have our own. Worry not because Easyfeasib's templates are in accordance with accounting standards and government statutory regulations. We will charge you additional P 1,500.00 if you still opt use other templates.
8. Will you provide explanation on how the FS was prepared?
Yes, we have explanation on how we prepare the FS so the students can understand and review it prior to the defense of their feasibility studies. We are also providing tips and tricks on how to answer common defense questions. Still if you want a detailed discussion on your FS and on other aspect of your feasib you can avail our Consultation Services ranging from P1,500 to P2,000. 9. If we already have an FS but it was not balanced or it was incorrect, can you accept it for revision?
No, we have to start over as it will save more time if we will prepare a new one than to study and identify in detail where the prior FS gone wrong. It will only took us minimum of an hour or a maximum of 1 day to prepare your new and guaranteed no error/incorrect FS.
